Desert Society Osoyoos

The Osoyoos Desert Centre, located 3 km north of Osoyoos off Hwy 97, is a nature interpretive centre where visitors can learn about desert ecology, habitat restoration & conservation of endangered ecosystems in the South Okanagan. The Centre offers visitors an opportunity to explore Canada's desert by taking a guided or self-guided tour along a 1.5 km wooden boardwalk. Visitors can also enjoy hands-on activities & exhibits in the interpretive centre or take a stroll through the native plant demonstration garden.
