Minutes from downtown, you'll discover the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, Planetarium, located in Vanier Park, near the Museum of Vancouver and the Maritime Museum. In our 360-degree Planetarium, you'll travel through the night sky looking at planets, our solar system and the stars beyond. In GroundStation Canada, you'll feel the heat of exploding star materials or learn about the challenges of living in space; while the Cosmic Courtyard offers you the opportunity to land the space shuttle. Saturday evening astronomy shows with a visit to the observatory provide evening entertainment. The H.R. MacMillan Space Centre... the fun is out there.
