We are a family friendly, crystal collecting experience. Imagine a place where the ground is covered with beautiful green and purple fluorite, and the land owners are friendly, so you can pick up all you want! Our heritage 1920's mine property hosts a safe and exciting adventure. Your guide will show you how to collect sparkling quartz crystal geodes and our famous yellow barite crystals, while enjoying the view from our mountain top above the Granby. We provide hammers & safety goggles. Please wear closed-toe shoes, rocks can be sharp. Rock Candy fluorite & barite specimens are prized by museums world wide!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 7 days in advance of trip receive full refund. Late cancellations refunded if we can fill your space.
Group Policy
Groups of 4-30 can schedule private dates and times, including visits to multiple mines, $350 to $450 per group.

Minimum 4 years
Clothing Gear Required
Closed toe footwear required.
Mobility Restrictions
Access requires a 1 km hike. Last 200 m is up a steep trail, similar to climbing 6 flights of stairs. Ground surface is uneven.
