Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for groups are required within 48 hrs of booking date or charges will be applied to credit card.
Group Policy
A minimum of 10 people required for special group rates; group bookings available for May, June, Sep & Oct only
Age Restrictions
Jungle Gym: children must be between 2 to 12 years old. Kids Tree Adventure Course: the minimum age is 5 years old. High Ropes Challenge Course: there is no minimum age, only a minimum height. Adventure Tower: the minimum age is 6 years old.
Clothing Gear Required
Recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing, sport shoes and appropriate dress for the weather; gloves are recommended but optional; no sandals, flip flops or jewelry such as bracelets and watches.
Height Restrictions
Jungle Gym: no height restrictions. Kids Tree Adventure Course: the minimum height is 110 cm (3' 7''), the maximum height is 140 cm (4' 7''). High Ropes Challenge Course: the minimum height is 140 cm (4' 7'').
Note: All participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver.
Mobility Restrictions
Courses are not wheelchair accessible.
Weight Restriction
Jungle Gym: no weight restrictions. Kids Tree Adventure Course: the maximum weight is 120 lbs. High Ropes Challenge Course and Adventure Tower: a maximum weight of 250 lbs is allowed.
